We extract the right information to identify and segment the entities and classify them under various predefined classes to offer customized flight results, that too within a few seconds. And, it is not only for one domain- we plan to address multi-domain queries and offer its solution.

If you say, ‘Genie, on the way to my brother’s house, I need to book flight tickets for both of us’.

Now let’s see this sentence again from an AI perspective. As it is clearly visible, this sentence is calling two services- 

first: Booking a cab

second: Booking flight ticket for 2

The real challenge here is not only to classify but to segment, extract features and then relate similar tags to each other in different categories and then offer those services. A simple sentence such as “show me flights to Mumbai tomorrow” can be easily processed by any digital assistants, but we are working to go beyond the simple queries with Natural Language Processing, speech-to-text and intention recognizers to interpret the intention behind complex hardcore sentences.
